Shipping & Returns
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any New Zealand address. If you require clarification whether an item attracts GST please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
OneUp Rehab Solutions is under no obligation to accept a return of goods ordered by the customer due to a customer ordering error, no longer required, sizing error, unsuitability or surplus to requirements etc, for return of goods under these circumstances the purchaser will need to contact OneUp Rehab Solutions to arrange a return of goods authority. No attempt should be made to return goods without prior authorisation. OneUp Rehab Solutions will not accept any responsibility for unsolicited returns. For OneUp Rehab Solutions to accept any returns, must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. All goods must be returned at the purchasers' expense. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns but may be waived at the discretion of OneUp Rehab Solutions.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No product will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
Freight charges will apply on web orders where applicable. The charge will depend on product size, weight and destination. Please ask for confirmation of delivery charges when placing order. OneUp Rehab Solutions aims to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, but as OneUp Rehab Solutions uses third party freight companies we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please contact the customer service team for an approximate delivery date. Alternatively, if you have an urgent delivery requirement please advise the customer service team to advise options and costs.
Title of Goods
Title (ownership) of goods does not pass to the purchaser (customer) until full payment of the invoiced amount has been made.
Regular customers of OneUp Rehab Solutions are encouraged to open an account.
You will on successful application be given a onetime log in code to access your account and new pricing structure. You will have access to all orders placed in the last 30 days with access to all invoices produced in this time period as well as an express order option which lists all items you have purchased in the last 30 days with an easy add to order option for customers that order the same items regularly.
Non Account Holders
Goods can be supplied to non-account holders on a pre-payment basis. OneUp Rehab Solutions accepts pre-payment by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal. Surcharge applies for certain payment methods.

All OneUp Rehab Solutions prices are subject to change without notice. Price charged on orders will be current list price for the account at time of order. Please ask customer service if you require confirmation of prices when placing your order.

OneUp Rehab Solutions shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond it's control. This includes but is not limited to an act of god, terrorism, war, government restrictions, industrial disputes, import or export regulations, civil disturbance and product supplier issues. Should any of these events occur OneUp Rehab Solutions reserves the right to cancel or suspend any contracts without incurring liability for any loss or damage caused.
