More specifically, it is made up of modular structures that can be adapted to suit operating needs and the space available, a set of harnesses for different areas of the body, and other equipment that complete what is required. The system allows for creativity in designing specific rehabilitation programmes.

Configuration #4 is a full Cage frame, otherwise known as a Guthrie Smith frame is a free standing system that consists of three sides and a celling, with metal grids installed in to all sides, This configuration also provides two reinforcement sets to increase the safe working load up to 300 kg.
